Contact / Madrid

Send me the market you are stuck on.

One message is enough. Tell me the country, the channel and the constraint, and you get a specific view from someone who has run the budget in that market, without a discovery call first.

Availability

Not taking new engagements The studies and the library stay open, and questions about them get an answer.

Replies usually within one working day.

The contact box

One address, one reader

This page is the whole funnel. There is no intake form to fill in, no qualification bot and no drip sequence. A message to the address below reaches me, and I answer it myself.

Write in English, Spanish, Dutch, French or German. I read all five and I answer in the language you wrote in.

If your question is one I have already published on, you get the short version and the link to the evidence. If I am the wrong person for it, I say so in the first reply and point you somewhere better.

The useful message names the market, the channel and the thing in the way. The card above is a worked example, and it is four lines long.

Before you write

What makes a useful first message

Four lines is normally enough. If I need more, I will ask a question rather than send you a form.

01

The market

The countries and languages you are entering, and the one you are already selling in.

02

The channel

Where the flow moves today: bank shelf, IFA, platform, or direct.

03

The constraint

The regulator, the local review, the budget or the internal rule that is in the way.

04

The decision

What has to be decided, and the date it lands on.

After you send it

What happens next

Three things, in this order. None of them is a sales sequence.

01

One reply, from me

Not an autoresponder and not a form receipt. I read the message and answer it, usually within one working day.

02

A specific view, or an honest no

If the question is one I have published on, you get the short answer and the link to the evidence. If I am not the right person, you get that in the same reply.

03

If it is a fit, the shape and the number

Scope, deliverable and price get agreed in writing before anything starts. The work looks like fractional CMO work for European financial services, with a fixed scope rather than an open retainer.

Questions

The honest answers

Are you taking new engagements right now?+
Not taking new engagements right now, but always open to a good conversation. Most conversations start as a question about a market, a channel or a rule, and some of them turn into work when the timing opens up.
What does it cost?+
Fixed scope, agreed in writing before anything starts, so you are never buying open-ended time. The pricing model and the current ranges are published on the fractional CMO cost calculator.
Do you work with agencies and in-house teams?+
Both. Most engagements sit next to a team that already exists, and the point is to leave that team with a structure it can run without me. If an agency is already doing the work, I will say so rather than sell around it.
Which markets and languages do you cover?+
Madrid-based, working across Europe in English, Spanish, Dutch, French and German. Twelve years and €10M+ of European acquisition budgets, across retail brokerage and institutional asset management, under seven EU regulators.
How fast do you reply?+
Usually within one working day, from Madrid. If a message needs a longer answer than an email can carry, I will say that and propose a call rather than let it sit.

Read the studies first, then write.

Everything I know about this market is published: which managers AI recommends and how that answer changes by language, what the AI crawlers are allowed to read, where European fund distribution flows, and what the job market is paying for. Read a page, then tell me where it does not match your market.

Method public. Raw data traceable. No email gate on any of it.
